More Fun in Glacier National Park

We've definitely enjoyed the "Crown of the Continent" this summer.

These photos are from a couple of trips up the Going-to-the-Sun road.

Heaven's Peak (8987 ft above sea-level)

You can see where the big fire in 2003 ripped along the valley

beneath Heavens Peak on it's way to the shores of

Lake McDonald.

There's always construction on the Going-to-the-Sun

in the summer time

On our Virginia Falls hike with the Empeys.
