More Fun in Glacier National Park
We've definitely enjoyed the "Crown of the Continent" this summer.
These photos are from a couple of trips up the Going-to-the-Sun road.

Summer Fair
The State Fair comes to Kalispell every August and there's something fun for everyone!
From farm animals to demolition derbies, rodeos to rides - it's all there!
Here's some shots of our visit this summer.
We saw way more than three little pigs.
Here hogs are led into the arena,
where the judging happens.
Breaking up a Montana Hog Fight!
Wee, wee, wee! All the way bag into your pen.
Lots of blue ribbons!
This Lego maniac was not going to be outdone bySir "Eggraham" Lincoln.
How about a double Jesus cappuccino?
Of course we ate Fair food.If you've never had a Indian Fry Bread Taco,
you're missing out.

Just what we needed before hitting the carnival rides.
THE SEA RAY!

THE TORNADO!
THE CARS!
THE FUN!
Sophie won a fish at
Too bad Carny fish don't usually last very long away when removed from their carnival environment.
Too bad I couldn't hit the bell in the strongman attraction.Thursday, August 14, 2008
Huckleberry Pickin' on Big Mountain
